Challenge

In a saturated advertising market, brands struggled to capture attention through traditional outdoor mediums like billboards and posters. These static methods lacked flexibility, real-time relevance, and cost-efficiency. There was a need for a smarter, more dynamic solution that could engage urban audiences throughout their daily routines.

Objective

To build a scalable digital advertising platform "DigiBuzz" that leverages Kathmandu's public transportation system by installing high-visibility digital screens in city buses. The platform aimed to provide real-time content updates, dynamic ad placements, and the ability to target specific routes, times, and locations. By offering a cloud-based content management system, DigiBuzz empowered businesses to reach over 150,000 daily commuters with personalized, impactful campaigns at an exceptionally low cost per impression.

Results

DigiBuzz transformed everyday public transportation into a city-wide marketing channel. With screens on 200+ active buses and a cost per impression below Rs. 0.10, the platform attracted both major brands and small businesses. Advertisers benefited from real-time uploads, audience targeting, and integrated announcements, resulting in higher engagement and visibility. Backed by positive client testimonials and a growing roster of trusted companies, DigiBuzz established itself as a leading force in Nepal’s digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising space.
